Contract Process

Did you find your Guest House? then let's go visit！: Below are the steps from inquiry to contract signing.

1) An inquiry	Call us to confirm availability or fill out a contact form. Contact Form< TEL. 03-6277-0511

2) House Tour	Set up an appointment to tour the property with a staff member. Visit to feel the actual Japanese life style.

3) Application	If you have decided to move in, apply to reserve the room. You can reserve a room for 1 week with a security deposit(Non-refundable).

4) SIGN at our office	Set up a contract signing appointment at the Share Style Management Office. 【 Fees and Documents Needed 】・ Deposit ・ First month rent (if the contract after 20 days, plus rent for the next month) ・ Passport and License, Insurance card, or Gaikokujin Torokusho
