Special offer: Guaranteed Monthly Wage: 20,000Yen; Additional Wages:; -Group Lesson: 500Yen per person; -One on One Lesson: 1,000Yen per hour

Offer requirements: There are two requirements to this offer. One is to teach basic conversational English to the tenants. The second is to live in the guest house and help the tenants to use what they have learned and encourage them to naturally gain confidence to speak English.
