The nearest station from Garden Itabashi is Toei Mita line "Itabashi Honcho Sta." Toei Mita Line runs direct to Otemachi Station, the biggest subway station in Tokyo, and because it even runs direct to Sugamo and Meguro, which it lies on Yamanote Line, it allows you a easy access to central Tokyo.
